Embroidery Pricing

In order for the embroidery machine to read the design file, it needs to be formatted properly, which means it needs to be digitized.

The minimum price to have artwork digitized starts at $25, and will only need to be digitized once, unless the design changes in any way.

Digitization for hats are done differently than garments, so if you need embroidery done on hats and garments, please be prepared to pay a fee for each file.

Price is based on the number of stitches

Average price is $1.00 per 1000 stitches

**All stitch counts are rounded up to the nearest thousand

**There will be a set up fee of $10 for any orders with 9 items or less.

Embroidery pricing, per 1,000 stitches

  • Additional Hooping Fees

    • $0.50/each for standard item (t-shirts, hoodies, aprons & other small items)
    • $1.00/each for hard to hoop items (hats, jackets, sleeves, robes, golf bags, backpacks & other large items)

  • Additional Fees

    • BYO Item = $3.00/item
    • Metallic or FR Thread = $0.20/1000 stitches
    • 3-D Puff = $1.00/item
